As W Says, there was a Hanging Today

For once, Obama's Blame Bush Brigade came to a halt, and for once, he honored the man!

Don't Super Size Me

Just ask any Atlantan: Coca-Cola is bigger than life! It's always been the company that has been viewed as the king of worldwide marketing. Looks like Coca-Cola and other companies like it are not as popular in New York City.

John Edwards Walks

The John Edwards verdict was read today and no surprise, he walked; acquitted on one count and hung jury on the remaining five.

Prime Working Age Americans Hurt Worst by Unemployment and Obama

This economy has hurt so many Americans and it does not discriminate against any one particular field. Educators, attorneys, business people, investment specialists, government relations professionals, pharmaceutical workers, etc, have all been affected; as I have at least one friend in those fields who have been out of work for a time period.

Memorial Day @ the NJ Vietnam Veterans Memorial

Part of my Memorial Day was spent among heroes (and I'm happy to see the President did the same thing today...maybe Axelrod read Friday's blog entry...)

Memorial Day

Memorial Day may be the unofficial arrival of summer, but this day means so much more to many. It is a day where we honor those who have fallen in the cause for freedom. These men and women who wore the uniform, and died wearing it, deserve every honor and remembrance under the sun. We should take a moment out of our day to remember them; be it in our thoughts or at a Memorial Day ceremony in our community. Never forget that as we enjoy our cookouts, time at the beach and moments spent with friends and family, it's BECAUSE of these brave men and women that we have the freedom to celebrate the fun part of this day. May God Bless those brave souls lost in the fight for freedom and look down upon their families who have to live every day on earth, without their loved ones who selflessly gave their lives for freedom.
