As many of you know, I was not overly supportive of Mitt Romney in the primaries for many reasons, but now that he is the presumptive GOP Candidate, Mitt Romney is the last best chance of saving America from ObamaCare and saving America, period.

Alternatives to "Pre-Existing" and "Covered to 27"
In light of the ObamaCare decision and tax hike to come, there are some Republicans who are looking at the glass half full, trying to come up with things in the bill with which they can accept. News to these clueless GOPers, NOTHING IN OBAMACARE IS GOOD FOR THE COUNTRY!!! I'm going to look at the two items cited most as "acceptable" by the GOP establishment and hope to educate them on why ObamaCare needs to be repealed to save the American economy and way of life.

Today, Chief Justice John Roberts joined the majority of the Supreme Court in stating ObamaCare is Constitutional, which troubled many who believe that Supreme Court justices must adhere to the Constitution, not leglislate from the bench. His action is a teachable moment to all future Republican Presidents.

The Feds tell AZ to Stick It
Earlier today, the Supreme Court decided on the Arizona Immigration Law, SB 1070. While most of the law was struck down, the "papers" section was not and the Obama Administration sent a message to the state of Arizona.

In the last week before the Supreme Court goes into recess for the summer, America awaits some big decisions including ObamaCare. While we did not get a verdict of ObamaCare, we did get a Verdict on the Arizona Immigration Law.

SCOTUS to Review the Arizona Law
As per Article III of the Constitution, the Supreme Court plays a key role in determining the Constitutionality of laws brought before it. Regarding ObamaCare and Citizens United, the Supreme Court has been the focus of news stories and analysis on both sides of the issue. Well, now that they have agreed to review the Arizona Immigration Law, that focus will become even more so.
