Congressman and retired Lieutenant-Colonel Allen West released an ad tonight that is one of the strongest I've seen all election season.

Bibi at the UN
It is UN week in New York City, which means to regular New Yorkers, lots of traffic and a heavy police presence; both on the ground and in the air. Today at the UN General Assembly was the most awaited speech: Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Can Ohio Go Red?
If you've read up on my predictions, so far, I believe that Mitt Romney will pick up four to five states Obama won in 2008. For reviews sake, the definite four are Florida, North Carolina, Indiana and New Hampshire, with a tentative additional pick up in Virginia. If Mitt Romney wins those five states, he will have 252 Electoral Votes. With Ohio, he gets to that magic number of 270 and wins, but many are asking can Mitt Romney win Ohio?

Monica Crowley on Obama
Yesterday evening, I had the pleasure of attending an event in New York City featuring Fox News pundit/radio personality/author Monica Crowley, where she spoke, took questions, met with those gathered and signed her book.

New Hampshire: Red in 2012
First there was Florida, then North Carolina, then Indiana and possibly Virginia. I now believe there will be a 4th state that Mitt Romney will definitely win, and to some, this might be a surprise, but I predict that New Hampshire goes red on November 2012.

Circus Act in DC
The above image is on Barack Obama's twitter account today. When I first saw this, I had no words. Now I do.

"Inside the Beltway Mentality" Rears its Ugly Face
A few months ago, I wrote of the Beltway Mentality that is ever-present in the Republican Party, and played a large role in the primaries. Well, the past couple of weeks, that Belway Mentality has began to rear its ugly face again.

Where is the President's Vetting?
The "in the tank for Obama media" and his campaign want to make hey over Mitt Romney's comments at a closed to media fundraiser. Well, then, what's good for the goose is good for the gander.

Obama Campaign Hypocrisy
Just breaking on Twitter and on the Drudge Report, Mitt Romney will likely be under fire for these comments at a fundraiser:
Where the campaign stands and What Happens if Romney Loses
We are about 50 days out from the most important presidential election in US History, and considering how we've seen Barack Obama's foreign policy initiatives imploding, unemployment numbers getting worse, the suffering of another economic downgrade, and the US National Debt continuing to increase, one would think this election is a no-brainer. Apparently, that's not the case.

Could Virginia Be Red in November?
Back in 2008, Obama won Virginia; the first time since 1964 that a Democrat won the Old Dominion. Another election is around the corner and I've always thought it was going to be a challenging state, but more and more everyday, I'm believing it has a great chance of going red again. While I'm not yet willing to guarantee it, like I have with Florida, North Carolina and Indiana, the guarantee could get closer.
George W Bush: Eleven Years Later - "I Can Hear You"
Three days ago, we remembered the Attacks of September 11th, and eleven years ago today, the day of remembrance, mourning and prayer took place.
Wheels Coming Off the Obama Foreign Policy Train
It looks like the wheels have been falling off the Barack Obama foreign policy train all this week.

Home Run for Mitt Romney After the 9-11 Embassy Attacks
Mitt Romney hit an absolute home run on a Wednesday Press Conference, where he made a statement on the 9-11 Embassy Attacks!

The Pentagon Memorial
On my most recent trip to Washington DC, I had the opportunity to visit the National September 11th Pentagon Memorial, and realizing I had never spoken of it, September 11th, eleven years later is appropriate.
September 11: Eleven Years Later
A couple of weeks ago, I happened to find the above picture of the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center. This was taken around 1990, aboard the Statue of Liberty ferry, as it traveled between Liberty Island and Liberty State Park in New Jersey. For years, the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center stood overlooking the New York Harbor since 1973; examples of American ingenuity and success. By 2001, they were gone.

The Morning After: 8.1%
As the delegates are waking up, having their hangovers hit them, after a night of celebrating as a result of what they perceive to be a winning last night of the DNC, the news hit them square in the face as they await their TSA patdown at CLT: the labor statistics.

Closing Night at the DNC
Mos Eisley (aka the Democrat National Convention) had its final night and we heard from some empty and angry speakers tonight.

Obama: Use His Own Words Against Him
After this evening, the Mos Eisley gang will leave the Cantina and the campaign will truly heat up! I cannot stress enough, to the Romney campaign, to USE THIS PRESIDENT'S WORDS AGAINST HIM!!!
DNC: Day 2
Day 2 of the Democrat National Committee started out a tad crazy. First, the DNC moved the Obama speech from Bank of America Stadium outside, to a smaller indoor venue in the Time Warner Cable Arena. Fact is they could not fill the stadium and this move was made so not to embarrass Obama. End of story. Second, there was the "God" fight on the floor today. Never forget the Democrat Party booed God - this is a video that needs to be played on continuous loop. On to the speeches.

Democrats Boo God
As I alluded to yesterday, the Democrats made some shocking omissions when writing their platform: they chose to leave mention of God out as well as the belief that Jerusalem is not the Israeli capital.
DNC in CLT: Night 1
Tonight was the first night of the Democrat National Convention. Thankfully the Republicans are bracketing, as is the fact that the United States crossed over $16 trillion in debt. No problem for the Democrats, they're going to block it all out. The big speeches tonight were given by San Antonio Mayor Julian Castro and Michelle Obama. Before I get into that speech, I have a little analysis of what the Democrats have been trying to set up at this convention.

Obama Speech Moving Indoors
As he did in 2008, Barack Obama has planned to give his 2012 DNC Acceptance speech outdoors, in the 74,000 seat Bank of America Stadium. There are now some doubts the speech may take place in this venue.
Hoosier State Will Be Red
So far this electoral season, I've predicted two 2008 Obama states to be red: Florida and North Carolina. This one has been in the red column for me for a while, but I'm now getting the time to write about it: Indiana!

Queen City Vitriol: Coming Soon to a TV Near You
Republicans had their convention last week, which, by all means, has been seen as fairly successful. It is now the Democrat's turn, as they look to the Queen City, Charlotte, North Carolina.

Jon McNaughton's Obamanation
In 2012, we have seen Jon McNaughton express his First Amendment Rights through his works of art; The Forgotten Man and One Nation Under Socialism. McNaughton has just created another political work of art: Obamanation.
