Mitt Romney at the Al Smith Dinner

Last night, Mitt Romney was in New York City to speak at the Al Smith dinner. Every four years, the major candidates speak at this event, which benefits Catholic Charities. Over the years, the speeches given at this event have become somewhat similar to what one might hear at a roast. Here is Mitt Romney's:



Romney's comedic timing and delivery were impeccable! With this speech, he has not only proven wrong the wooden stiff portrayal described by the media, but he has shown Americans that he's affable, funny and self-depricating; so much so that frequently having him in the living room of Americans over the next four years would not be a bad thing!
