Just when you think the Obama campaign and supporters couldn't get any lower, we see them continue to dig for that bottom.

Storm Front Coming: Sandy Bears Down on the Northeast
We've been hearing about it the past week, but it looks like Hurricane Sandy will hit land on the Jersey Shore sometime this evening, somewhere between Atlantic City and Asbury Park. The storm surge is already being felt in New Jersey and all the way up toward New York City!

Benghazi: Two Months Later
Since September 11, 2012, Americans have been trying to understand and unravel what had actually gone on that day the American Consulate in Benghazi was attacked and four Americans, including Ambassador Christopher Stevens, were killed.

Ann Coulter in Philadelphia
Last night, I had the pleasure of attending a book talk/signing for Ann Coulter, hosted by AM 1210 radio host Chris Stigall at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia.
Campaign 2012: Have We Reached the Bottom of the Barrel Yet?
As we approach November 6th, we've seen Barack Obama use shallow political theater in order to earn votes; be it the use of profanity, accusing Mitt Romney of murder or committing a crime. And just when you thought it couldn't get any worse...

Kellyanne Conway and Optimism in the Presidential Election
Last night, I had the pleasure of meeting pollster/pundit, Kellyanne Conway, as she was a part of an election panel that I attended in New Jersey. I found one of the historical tie-ins she discussed to be rather interesting and also telling as we approach November 6.

Unsolicited Advice to Mitt Romney's Campaign
Personally, I think Mitt Romney did an excellent job at the debates and while he closed the deal for a lot of Americans, there are many out there who may still be undecided. With 13 days to go, there are four things he can do to add a couple of touchdowns to his vote tally on November 6.

The Final Debate Analysis
Mitt Romney and Barack Obama met in Boca Raton, FL for their final debate this evening, moderated by Bob Schieffer, focusing on foreign policy. Each candidate, in this debate, had strengths and weaknesses.

A Preview of the Final Debate
As we enter the final 15 days in this campaign, the final debate of the season between Mitt Romney and Barack Obama will occur tomorrow night in Boca Raton.

Mitt Romney at the Al Smith Dinner
Last night, Mitt Romney was in New York City to speak at the Al Smith dinner. Every four years, the major candidates speak at this event, which benefits Catholic Charities. Over the years, the speeches given at this event have become somewhat similar to what one might hear at a roast. Here is Mitt Romney's:

Nevada, The Next Red State?
Quick recap - so far, I believe Mitt Romney will definitely win 252 electoral votes, with the states of Florida, North Carolina, Indiana, Virginia and New Hampshire. Ohio with 18 electoral votes (and the win) is on the verge of going red, as is Colorado, with 9 electoral votes. Pennsylvania's bounty of 20 electoral votes is has more of a potential to be red than it has in a long time. Another important state is Nevada and after last night, I believe this state is more in play than it had previously been.
Romney-Obama: Second Debate Analysis
The second Presidential Debate just ended and between the format itself, Candy Crowley as the moderator, Mitt Romney's performance and Barack Obama's performance, I have a lot of thoughts on this.

Will 47% Be Mentioned?
For the past two weeks since Obama's debate shellacking, we've been hearing many in the media questioning why Barack Obama did not use the 47% comments against Mitt Romney. They set it up for him, and as a result, they expected Obama to hit the softball out of the park two weeks ago.

Looking Ahead: Debate #2
Republicans had two weeks of awesome coverage from Mitt Romney's debate domination of Barack Obama and also got some positive coverage from Paul Ryan's debate performance, in the face of Joe Biden's boorish behavior and Martha Raddatz's one-sided moderation.

Pennsylvania a Romney State?
A few months ago, if someone told me Mitt Romney could win Pennsylvania, I would have said it's a dream and a waste of time. On October 12, 25 days before the election, polling data after the first debate, has shown the Keystone State is more in play than previously thought, with the winner getting an award of 20 electoral votes.
Biden vs. Ryan: An Analysis
Well, that was quite interesting. Tonight was the Vice-Presidential Debate and after watching it, Paul Ryan showed his intense knowledge and ability to articulate it, however, he was up against a combative Vice President in Joe Biden and an unfair moderator in Martha Raddatz; doing his best against a setting greatly stacked against him.

Stacking the Deck Against Paul Ryan Won't Help
Tomorrow night will be the Vice-Presidential Debate between Joe Biden and Paul Ryan. Considering Biden's penchant for gaffes, hypocrisy and stretching the truth, as well as examining how Sarah Palin trounced him four years ago, it is clear that they are working to stack the deck against Paul Ryan and the Republicans.

Random Act of Journalism by Lara Logan
CBS, the (former) home of Dan Rather, the home of the Killian Documents fraud, a member of the "mainstream media" practiced a random act of journalism a couple of weeks ago. Foreign correspondent, Lara Logan, did a very telling story on Afghanistan, which aired on the September 30th edition of 60 Minutes.

Romney Channels Ronald Reagan on Foreign Policy
With his debate superiority and its following bounce, Mitt Romney is now taking on Barack Obama on foreign policy. Here are two excerpts of his speech.

Can Romney Win Colorado?
As of October 7th, one month from the election, I predict 252 Electoral Votes for Mitt Romney, consisting of the following states: Florida, North Carolina, Indiana, Virginia and New Hampshire. On the fence is Ohio, but after Romney thumped Obama in Tuesday's debate, we can look at other states; one such, being Colorado.

October Surprise #1: The Jobs Report
Because Barack Obama can't debate and present an agenda for the next four years, he has to relate to attacks and gimmickry. Part of the gimmickry, and I've warned about it before, is the October Surprise. On October 5th, we have the first October surprise: The September Jobs Report.
Big Bird Will Get Bailed Out
In the debate on Wednesday, Mitt Romney said the following about the funding of the Public Broadcasting System.

Debate #1: The Blame Game
Nearly 60 million watched and most of America knew that Barack Obama was trounced by Mitt Romney in his first debate.
Debate #1 Done, Romney Won
All I have to say watching this is JUST WOW! The first presidential debate took place this evening in Denver, CO, and after watching it, this was a clear win by Mitt Romney. I am confident that most Americans believe this!

The REAL Barack Obama
This afternoon, news about a video with Obama making what some would describe as incendiary comments in a 40 minute speech, started floating on the Internet. On Tuesday night, Sean Hannity played snippets of it on his show. Here is the segment from Tuesday's show.

Happy 30th Birthday Epcot!
October 1st is finally here! Before I touch on the first presidential debate, the unemployment figures to come out on Friday, the question of the fairness and accuracy of the media, as well as any possible October surprises that may occur, this October 1st signifies the birthday of one of my favorite places: (a place I hope to escape to once the election passes) Epcot!
