Impeach Elena Kagan
For months, there have been calls for Elena Kagan, former Obama Solicitor General, to ethically recuse herself because of her role in crafting the defense of ObamaCare. To this day, questions still remain about that role.

Returning to San Diego: Burgundy Announces Sequel.
Chalk this one up to "other items." Let's take a walk down memory lane with the movie clip below.

After three days of historic argument in front of the Supreme Court, ObamaCare looks, to many observers, to be on life support.

The Political Implications of Trayvon Martin & Jumping to Conclusions
We've seen the "Republican War on Women," the "Republican War on Hispanics" and now the Republican War on African-Americans; all created in the interest of diverting Americans away from this president's radical agenda over the past four years, while preventing him from defending his awful record! Like the other two, the newest "War" is in the process of unraveling.

Rick Santorum's "Adam Clymer Moment"
George W. Bush, back in 2000, had a bit of a campaign battle with the New York Times. That clip got quite a lot of play and was continually and humorously referenced by the president. Twelve years later, there was this exchange between Rick Santorum and New York Times reporter Jeff Zeleny.

Dick Cheney Gets a New Heart
Big news today and some great news today for someone who has been in politics quite a long time. After his recent announcement that he was on a list to receive a new heart, Former Vice President Dick Cheney underwent heart transplant surgery to get that heart! This is great news for a great man who has struggled with heart disease for years.

The American Adventure
After a week of blogging on some intense topics, I need something a little lighter, and what better a topic on which to lighten up than Disney!

Hopey-Changey Rears its Ugly Face
Inside the gate pictured above is a wonderful university; my alma mater, Drew University-one of the New Jersey's best and one the America's most successful Liberal Arts Universities. I had a wonderful and memorable experience there; a feeling I am sure a majority of its graduates feel. Recent graduates of Drew, like the graduates of every other college in the United States, are being ravaged by "hopey-changey:" the results we were told were going to occur as a result of the economic, political and social agenda pursued by this president.

Liberals Brainwashing a Captive Audience
Seeing something like this is the kind of thing that makes you roll your eyes when the topic of education comes up, then think how the heck teachers like this get into the classroom.

Tim Tebow to the New York Jets?
Did I Predict the Placement and Location of the New San Diego Chargers Stadium?
As many of you know, I am currently shopping my manuscript titled The Calling to Lead and a while back, I wrote about the manuscript's connection to the city of San Diego.

Answering Back...Better Late Than Never, I Guess
Last spring, Democrats aired a lie-filled ad criticizing Congressman Paul Ryan and using "Medi-scare" to advance their agenda.
So a 3 Year Old with a Broken Leg in a Wheelchair is a Terrorist?!?
Chicago O'Hare International Airport (pictured above); the second busiest airport in the United States. Last year, I flew out of ORD, did not experience a problem and commended the TSA here. However, it looks as if they don't have a perfect record.

Peyton Maning gets that Mile-High Feeling...What About Tebow?
The GIANTS may have won the Super Bowl and the season may have ended, but that surely does not mean the NFL is out of the news.
The Warm Weather's Here, Time to Come out of Mommy & Daddy's Basement

You Want to Vote? Let me see your ID
Another issue is out there that the Democrats are trying to take advantage of to turn the voters' attention away from Barack Obama's disgraceful management of the economy, the high unemployment rates which have only grown higher under his watch and out of control spending is the voter ID issue.

St. Patrick's Day 2012
"The 'Right' Solutions" would like to wish all of its readers, Irish and non-Irish, a Happy St. Patrick's Day, and hope that whatever you are doing, whether attending a parade, watching a river dyed green or over-indulging on corn beef/cabbage, Reubens, Irish sodabread, Guinness or Green Coors Light, it's a fun one and a safe one! Slainte!

The Women Double Standard: Called Out
Let's be honest. I am sick and tired of talking about the issue of "government payment of contraception as a women's rights issue" and stand by that it's nothing but a big distraction from the President's lack of leadership and disastrous policies.

Bill Maher Trashes the South
Bill Maher has been in the news a lot lately, with a refocus on his misogynistic trashing of Sarah Palin, his $1 million donation to the Obama SuperPAC and their acceptance of it, in spite of his behavior.

Super Tuesday: Marching On
Super Tuesday 2012 has come and gone and because of the rules instituted by the RNC, the primary process continues on. As a result of the proportional distribution of delegates, even the candidates who lost a given state still won some delegates. Mitt Romney had the most wins and the largest gain in delegates, followed by Rick Santorum in the Southern Super Tuesday States and Newt Gingrich in Georgia.

Benjamin Netanyahu Addresses AIPAC
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has been in Washington this week and after a meeting with President Obama that seemed to go better than past meetings, he addressed AIPAC, The American Israeli Public Affairs Committee. His speech is below.

Steve Bridges: 1964-2012
Comedian Steve Bridges passed away today at the age of 48. Bridges is well known for his impersonations of George W. Bush, where he mimicked his mannerisms and style of speech in a humorous and tasteful manner. He appeared many times on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno, but will most be remembered for his side-by-side impersation of George W. Bush at the 2006 White House Correspondents' Association Dinner.
Newt on Meet the Press
The other day, I wrote about how this whole contraception storyline is nothing more than a diversionary tactic to turn the public away from the president's horrendous record. Apparently, Newt agrees with me, as can be proven from watching his Sunday appearance on Meet the Press.

TSA and Breast Pumps
It seems that the antics at the airports get crazier and crazier every day! Now, the government agency known as the TSA, which, as we know is tasked to oversee airline security, forced a woman to prove her breast pump was real, making her go into a public restroom to produce the evidence.

Contraception: The Great Farce of Obfuscation
While watching the debates in January, George Stephanopoulos asked a question about contraception, which produced a collective "???" from not only Republicans watching, but the candidates. Days after, we were still scratching our heads as to why this came out of left field, but it looks like Dick Morris called this: they want to create the impression that Republicans will ban contraception, as it replaces abortion as a rallying issue for leftists. Obama and his leftist allies piled on, attempting to force the Catholic Church to betray its religious principles in providing contraceptive coverage to its employees. And smartly done, Catholics and Republicans did not fall into his trap, instead, jumping on the truth that this ObamaCare initiative is a clear violation of free practice of religion. Cardinal Timothy Dolan of New York City has become a strong, charismatic voice against this initiative and who knows, it may very well lead to him one day becoming the first American Pope!

Democrat Version of 9-9-9
Herman Cain gained much attention from his 9-9-9 plan, but it looks like the President has his own ideas for 9-9-9, but not the kind we like.

Sarah Strikes
With Game Change premiering on March 10, there has been much talk about Julianne Moore's false portrayal of Sarah Palin and the movie being a two hour attack piece. True to her nature, Sarah Palin gives a pre-emptive strike 9 days before the movie.
Andrew Brietbart: 1969-2012
The one thing I will always remember that my parents taught me: if you believe in it, if you are passionate about it, advocate for it, fight for it, and don't be afraid of the consequences of doing so! This is something I have done in my life, be it professionally, politically or in support of family and friends. It makes me a stronger person and a person who is proud enough to say that I will NEVER compromise my moral and belief structure. I look for this quality in other people and definitely found it in Andrew Breitbart.
